The SYXC-Z type direct-through pulse valve is used for the jet cleaning of pulse bag filters and is more commonly used in air box pulse filters. The air inlet and outlet of this type of pulse valve are in a straight line. Therefore, it is usually called a straight-through valve.

　　Product structure

　　The shell: The outer shell and cover of the valve are made of aluminum alloy by die-casting, which has a good appearance and high strength, and can ensure no air leakage. The pressure flow channel design of the valve is reasonable. The opening and closing surfaces of the valve are basically located inside the air tank, truly achieving "submerged". Air can directly enter the blowing pipe from the air tank, which truly meets the requirements of low pressure and large blowing volume.
　　Solenoid valve: The solenoid valve operates the pulse valve by remote control. With plug-in coil and DIN wire socket. It is convenient for internal or external installation, with water and dust protection, and complies with the JB/T5916-91 standard.
　　Valve diaphragm: The diaphragm has a large displacement and can ensure the valve opening within a short period of 0.08 to 0.1 seconds. When applied in cold climate environments, synthetic rubber diaphragms developed from imported materials can be selected. The working temperature can range from -40℃ to 55℃, and it can ensure the longest working life.

　　Installation

　　The air inlet of the pulse valve is connected to the air storage cylinder, and the air outlet is connected to the jet pipe. When connecting, PTFE raw tape should be filled between the threads to ensure sealing.
　　When connecting, it should also be noted that the length of the thread at the air intake end that is screwed in should not exceed that given in the attached figure and Table 2. F" Size to avoid affecting the injection volume.
