　　SYXC-Y型淹没式脉冲阀用于脉冲袋式除尘器的喷吹清灰。此型脉冲阀采用淹没于气包中的结构，与其他结构形式比较，减少了流道阻力，降低了喷吹气源压力，因而能适用于压力低的场合，且可降低能源消耗和延长膜片寿命。

　　安装

　　1.使用Y型脉冲阀时，建议把阀水平地安装在气包顶面；
　　2.装阀时为避免把阀出口内的“O”形密封环顶错位，务请在此环上预先涂润滑脂。

The SYXC-Y type submerged pulse valve is used for the jet cleaning of pulse bag filters. This type of pulse valve adopts a structure submerged in the air tank. Compared with other structural forms, it reduces the flow channel resistance and lowers the pressure of the injection air source. Therefore, it can be applied in low-pressure situations, and can also reduce energy consumption and extend the diaphragm life.

　　Installation

　　1.When using a Y-type pulse valve, it is recommended to install the valve horizontally on the top surface of the air tank.
　　2.When installing the valve, to prevent the "O" ring inside the valve outlet from being misaligned, please apply grease to this ring in advance.

　　2.Y-type pulse valves without solenoid pilot valves can also be supplied.
　　3.The SYXC-Y89-B submerged pulse valve is configured with imported materials.
　　4.The temperature grade "2" parameter in the technical parameters is a high and low temperature resistant pulse valve. Please specify when placing an order.
