新闻资讯
据悉，这是目前中国最大的单体窑头袋收尘器，也是国内万吨级熟料生产线窑头首次采用“空气冷却器加布袋收尘器”的方式进行收尘。这将改变之前万吨级熟料生产线窑头一直采用电收尘器的收尘方式，标志着我国在水泥环保领域的节能减排又迈出了新的步伐。

1.机械式除尘器造价比较低，维护管理较简便，结构装置简单可耐高温，但是对5Urn以下的微粒去除率不高。其中，旋风除尘器对5μm以上的尘粒除尘效率最高可达95%左右，因此常作为二级除尘系统中的预除尘、气力输送系统中的卸料分离器和小型工业锅炉除尘用。
