　　SYXC-HS-89型活塞式脉冲阀用于脉冲袋式除尘器的喷吹清灰。此型脉冲阀采用淹没于气包中的结构，与其他结构形式比较，减少了流道阻力，降低了喷吹气源压力，因而能适用于压力低的场合，且可降低能源消耗和延长了使用寿命。

　　产品结构

　　壳　体：阀门的外壳和封盖是用铝合金压模铸造而成，外观好、强度高，能确保无漏气现象。阀门的压力流道设计合理，阀的开、闭面基本位于气包内，真正实现了“淹没式”,空气可由气包直接进入喷吹管，这就真正达到了低气压、大喷吹量的要求。
　　电磁阀：电磁阀以遥控方法操作脉冲阀。带有插入式线圈和DIN电线插座。方便内部或外部安装，防水防尘保护，符合JB/T5916-91标准。
　　活塞式脉冲阀克服了膜片易损的缺陷，使阀体尺寸可小于180mm，使袋式除尘器设计滤袋间距也相应减少，结构更紧凑。活塞开关元件具有开启灵活，开度大的优点，可喷吹更多的滤袋。使流道畅通，流阻低，清灰效果更好。可适用于不同的喷吹气源压力。

　　安装

　　1.使用SYXC-HS型活塞式脉冲阀时，建议把阀水平地安装在气包顶面；
　　2.装阀时为避免把阀内的“O”形密封环顶错位，务请在此环上预先涂润滑脂。

　　The SYXC-HS-89 piston pulse valve is used for the jet cleaning of pulse bag filters. This type of pulse valve adopts a structure submerged in the air tank. Compared with other structural forms, it reduces the flow channel resistance and lowers the pressure of the injection air source. Therefore, it can be applied in low-pressure situations, and can also reduce energy consumption and extend service life.

　　Product structure

　　The shell: The outer shell and cover of the valve are made of aluminum alloy by die-casting, which has a good appearance and high strength, and can ensure no air leakage. The pressure flow channel design of the valve is reasonable. The opening and closing surfaces of the valve are basically located inside the air tank, truly achieving "submerged". Air can directly enter the blowing pipe from the air tank, which truly meets the requirements of low pressure and large blowing volume.
　　Solenoid valve: The solenoid valve operates the pulse valve by remote control. With plug-in coil and DIN wire socket. Convenient for internal or external installation, with waterproof and dustproof protection, and in compliance with the JB/T5916-91 standard.
　　The piston pulse valve overcomes the defect of the diaphragm being easily damaged, allowing the valve body size to be less than 180mm. This also reduces the filter bag spacing in the design of bag-type dust collectors, making the structure more compact. The piston switch element has the advantages of flexible opening and large opening degree, which can blow more filter bags. It ensures unobstructed flow channels, low flow resistance and better ash cleaning effect. It can be applied to different injection air source pressures.

　　Installation

　　1.When using the SYXC-HS type piston pulse valve, it is recommended to install the valve horizontally on the top surface of the air tank.
　　2.When installing the valve, to prevent the "O" ring inside the valve from being misaligned, please apply grease to this ring in advance.
