The pulse jet control instrument is a control device used in the pulse bag filter jet cleaning system. Its output signal controls the electromagnetic pulse valve to clean the filter bags, keeping the resistance of the dust collector within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection effect of the dust collector.

　　Installation and use

　　1、Installation:
　　(1)Unscrew the fastening bolts at the four corners of the upper cover of the controller, and the upper cover can be removed. The through holes at the four corners of the controller housing are used for installing the fixing screws, which are fixed with M4 cross screws.

　　(2)It is recommended to use RV1X25/0.15 copper wire for the control instrument. The wires should enter and exit through the knock holes on the control instrument's casing and be equipped with sealing joints. Note that the number of wires passing through the sealing joints should be appropriate, neither too tight nor too loose, to avoid damaging or affecting the sealing performance. Selecting suitable flat gaskets and rubber washers can be applied to different numbers of wires.
　　(3)Pay attention to the wiring symbols on the printed circuit board. The "AC220V" terminal should be connected to the AC220V power supply, and the "" is the ground wire. Do not connect it wrongly. The 1 to terminal (for example, for a 24-bit controller, it should be 1 to 24, and so on) and the DC24V terminal (common wire) should be connected to the solenoid pulse valve. The wiring method is shown in Figure 2
