　　我公司为了适应高度发展的环保工业要求，开发了用于大型离线分室清灰袋式除尘器的智能型脉冲喷吹控制仪。离线清灰脉冲袋式除尘器是将除尘器分为若干个室，需将单个室停止过滤，各室循环单独清灰。
　　智能型脉冲喷吹控制仪可实现对除尘器的三种控制方式，即“在线清灰运行”、“离线单室单阀运行”和“离线多室多阀运行”。
　　智能脉冲喷吹控制仪可通过485转串口连接电脑，直接进行参数设定与实时监控除尘器运行状态，运行更稳定，操作更方便。

　　安装使用

　　用户在安装使用控制仪之前，应先认真阅读随产品配带的使用说明书，熟悉和理解说明书的各点内容，是正确使用控制仪的基本条件。
　　注意印刷线路板上的接线符号，“AC220V”端子应接交流AC220V电源，DC24V+公共线端子及1-160位输出接至电磁脉冲阀或气缸。
　　远程通讯：仅需两芯屏蔽485通讯电缆转串口，接入电脑COM1口，安装远程控制系统软件，即可实现远程通讯。

　　附注

　　1、智能脉冲喷吹控制仪可替代进口PLC可编程控制器对除尘系统综合控制，并可根据不同需求扩展各种功能。
　　2、智能型脉冲喷吹控制仪，随机配带远程控制系统软件及远程通讯协议。

　　In order to meet the highly developed requirements of the environmental protection industry, our company has developed an intelligent pulse jet control instrument for large-scale offline compartment-cleaning bag-type dust collectors. The offline cleaning pulse bag filter divides the dust collector into several chambers. The filtration of each chamber needs to be stopped, and the dust in each chamber is cleaned separately in a cycle.
　　The intelligent pulse jet control instrument can achieve three control modes for the dust collector, namely "online cleaning operation", "offline single-chamber single-valve operation" and "offline multi-chamber multi-valve operation".
　　The intelligent pulse jet control instrument can be connected to a computer via 485 to serial port for direct parameter setting and real-time monitoring of the dust collector's operating status. It operates more stably and is more convenient to operate.

　　Installation and use

　　Before installing and using the controller, users should carefully read the user manual that comes with the product, familiarize themselves with and understand each point of the manual. This is the basic condition for the correct use of the controller.
　　Pay attention to the wiring symbols on the printed circuit board. The "AC220V" terminal should be connected to the AC220V power supply, and the DC24V+ common line terminal and the 1-160 position output should be connected to the solenoid pulse valve or cylinder.
　　Remote communication: Just convert a two-core shielded 485 communication cable to a serial port, connect it to the COM1 port of the computer, and install the remote control system software to achieve remote communication.

　　1、The intelligent pulse jet control instrument can replace imported PLC programmable controllers for comprehensive control of the dust removal system and can be expanded with various functions according to different needs.
　　2、The intelligent pulse jet control instrument is randomly equipped with remote control system software and remote communication protocol.
